0 stars for promoted and/or new and/or returned members; 5 stars results in promotion  – if not applicable, the star limit is “5+” – Prime Minister’s limit is “5+²” – President’s limit [Commander-In-Chief] is “5+³”. The leader of a branch may have a limit of “5+3°” (which is more than “5+³”) if he has shown outstanding service as de facto (factual, but not “on-paper”) leadership for more than one whole year. This recognition award is automatic and the leader has no authority over it. If granted, this “marking” ensures the branch leader eternal power until the military has been dissolved.

Ok. You might have noticed that 8 people have Lord in front on their names. This means that while in the army they have done some very positive stuff and are full of experience. These people are the ones most likely to be leader soon.

The Lords are like Congressmen as well, and so they will meet to decide important things about the army. If you have any ideas, tell one of the Lords. They can often be found on http://xat.com/rebelpenguinfed and are approachable. They are very good at what they do.

Lords, you may proudly have Lord on your Xat display name. This honour is reserved only for you. You are the most respected people in the RPF, and so treat this with maturity. Your views will always be taken into consideration as a priority thing. Here are a couple of examples that you can use for your Xat display name:
